Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our water treatment chemicals, dosing programs, packaging, documentation, and delivery.

We formulate and supply a complete range of industrial water treatment chemicals including Boiler Water Chemicals (oxygen scavengers, sludge conditioners, alkalinity builders, amine corrosion inhibitors), Cooling Tower Chemicals (scale and corrosion inhibitors, oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides, bio-dispersants), Reverse Osmosis (RO) Chemicals (membrane antiscalants, biostats, alkaline and acid CIP cleaners), Wastewater Treatment Chemicals (coagulants, cationic and anionic polyelectrolytes, heavy metal precipitants, defoamers), Descalers, and Water Testing Kits with reagents.

Antiscalant selection depends on your feedwater chemistry (concentrations of calcium, barium, strontium, sulfate, silica, alkalinity, and pH) and system recovery rates. We formulate broad-spectrum antiscalants capable of controlling both carbonate and sulfate scaling, as well as specialized high-silica antiscalants. Contact our technical team with your raw water analysis for a customized projection and recommended dosing rate.

We supply products in heavy-duty UN-approved industrial packaging, including 20-liter and 25-liter jerrycans, 25-kg HDPE bags (for powder formulations), 200-liter and 210-liter polymer drums, and 1,000-liter Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC totes). Custom packaging and private labeling are available for qualified contract orders.

Yes. Every single batch manufactured undergoes rigorous laboratory quality testing. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a globally harmonized Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) in compliance with current safety regulations are provided with each shipment.

Boiler water chemical programs typically require continuous dosing of an oxygen scavenger (such as catalyzed sodium sulfite or DEHA) into the feed tank/deaerator, alongside a phosphate-based hardness control and polymeric sludge conditioner dosed into the boiler drum. We supply both multi-functional one-shot formulations (such as Combotreat and Liquitreat) for simple single-point dosing and separate specialty components for high-pressure boilers.

Cooling towers operate in environments conducive to microbial propagation. We recommend an alternating biocide regime utilizing both oxidizing biocides (chlorine/bromine donors, isothiazolinones) and non-oxidizing broad-spectrum biocides, coupled with periodic dosing of a bio-dispersant to penetrate and detach protective biofilm layers on heat exchanger tubes.

Standard catalog formulations and water testing kits are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation from our manufacturing and stocking warehouses. For bulk deliveries or export containers, our logistics department coordinates prompt shipping via major transport corridors and sea ports.

Yes. Our laboratory provides comprehensive water testing services (pH, conductivity, TDS, total hardness, alkalinity, silica, iron, chlorides, and biological counts). Based on test findings, our chemical engineers prepare detailed dosing recommendations and chemical consumption forecasts for your plant.
