Application & Dosage

Application Instructions

Routine dosage of MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 IS 50 to 100ppm. based on the total water capacity of the system. Dosage will be necessary once or twice per week depending on the severity of the problem.

For badly fouled systems, initial higher dosage of 100-150 ppm. should be given for the first week or two.

The calculate quantity of biocide should be added directly to the system at any convienient point.

Recommended Dosage

For the control of microbial biofilms, bacteria, algae, and fungi, add MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 in recirculating water cooling towers, industrial recirculating closed loop water cooling systems, brewery pasteurizer and can warmer systems. Add MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water RXSOL-40-4009-025 at some point in the system to insure uniform mixing.
 
MICRO BIOCIDE Cooling Water is a high-performance microbiocide formulated with organo-sulphur compounds for the effective control of bacteria and algae in open recirculating cooling water systems. It is designed for use alongside both oxidizing and non-oxidizing microbiological control programs.
 
Once applied, the product undergoes rapid breakdown in water and soil through a combination of hydrolysis, photochemical reactions, and biological activity, ensuring it does not persist in the environment.
